INTER RAO Lietuva, a leading player in the electricity market in the Baltic countries and one of the largest independent suppliers of electricity in Lithuania required a dedicated corporate website for their 2012 IPO Listing on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Coral solutions needed to design and implement a solution which satisfied all regulatory requirements while maintaining a seamless experience for Interrao Lietuva’s customers, and not impacting the existing usability of the website.
Providing information including corporate governance, shareholders structure, stock information, key financial data, dividend policy and shareholders meetings to the potential investors bidding on initial public offering, the site was intended as a central data resource before, during and after the IPO listing.
Coral solutions began the project with an in-depth user experience (UX) requirements gathering phase, conducting workshops with Inter Rao’s key stakeholders, defining and prioritizing business and investors needs, and balance these with the IPO listing requirements.
To make accessing and understanding the (often complex) financial information as easy and intuitive as possible our consultants undertook a detailed review of the existing literature pages on the Inter Rao Lietuva site, suggesting new designs to ensure all data could be displayed via a more logical and seamless interface. A new simpler, easy-to-use navigation was developed helping potential investors make better decisions.
INTER RAO Lietuva listing was Warsaw’s fifth largest IPO by value in 2012. The dedicated corporate website provided institutional and retail investors a platform with the key information to make better informed decisions on the particular IPO listing resulting €23.4 million worth of shares in the company bought.
